How do I add my listing?
First of all, decide if you want to link back to us for a free listing (or pay a lower price for a Featured Listing) or not link to us and pay a little extra. If you decide to link to us, see the "Add your company" page (click on your state page then the link will be next to the search box) for the code to put on your page. Place the link on your page before you request a listing, or the request won't go through.
Next, go to the appropriate state or country for your business and click the "Add your company" link near the search box at the top.
Filling in the Form
The URL box: Put your website address here. If you DO NOT have a website, leave the default URL in this box and when someone clicks on your listing, they will get a page with your listing alone on it. If you do not have a website, please be sure to include your phone number in your listing.
Title: Input your business name here.
Description: A description of your business. This may be your tagline, a description of the items you sell, or anything else pertinent to your business. This is where you should include your phone number if you would like to include it.
Keywords: Words you want your business to come up under when someone is searching the directory. You might put bouncers, concessions, slides, etc here.
Link Page: If you are linking to the directory, include the full URL here. If you are not linking to the directory, leave this entry blank and select the higher fee.
City: Your city or greater geographic region
State: Your state or province.
E-mail Address: Your e-mail address is needed so that we can contact you regarding renewals for your listing. We will not sell, rent, or use this address for any other purpose than contacting you regarding your listing.
Fees
If the directory brings in 1-2 new clients, it's paid for itself! Most of our clients get many referrals a month from our directory but we charge one low annual fee for upgraded listings. Free listings are risk-free, we only ask for a link somewhere on your site back to ours to help others find our resource.
Standard Listings
Standard listings appear after the featured listings and include your name, city and state, a website link and 100 characters of a description.
Link Back: Free. Your standard listing is free with a link back to the directory. Links are checked periodically and listings are automatically removed if the link back is missing.
No Link Back: If you prefer not to link back to us, the fee for a standard listing is $50 annually.
Featured Listings
Featured listings appear at the top of the page, include your business name, website link, 200 characters describing your company and a detailed listing of the equipment you carry and your delivery areas. They also include a small thumbnail preview of your website!
Link Back: $50 a year. This is a lower fee because it helps us to promote the directory.,
No Link Back: If you prefer not to link back to us, the fee is $100 annually.
Listing Order
The listings for each state are randomly ordered- every time the page pulls up, a different company will be #1. This means every company listing has equal exposure to our viewers. Featured listings always appear first, followed by standard listings.
Editing your Listing
To edit your listing, click the [Edit this listing] link at the bottom corner of your listing. Login using your email address associated with the listing and your listing password. If you no longer have your listing password, it can be emailed to you by clicking the [Send my Listing Number] button.
You may renew, upgrade, downgrade or delete your listing from the Edit page as well as updating your company information. You can also change your listing password from this page.
Cancellation
You may cancel your listing at any time. Click the [Edit this Listing] link under your listing, login and click the [Delete this listing] link. Please be aware that deleted listings cannot be recovered. There is no refund for listings cancelled.
